Beyond the Battlefield Annual Bike Ride Organised by Jasmine Gourley from NI Rats at the Somme Heritage Centre Newtownards and supported by Ians Driving School Jubilee Road Newtownards. The support from the Bikers was outstanding as always, a fabulous day was had by all, was brilliant to see you all again supporting our Veterans. Great to see Michael White and the all the guys from Lone Wolves Brotherhood there this year again and our friend Alan Corry from Festival Brass who held a fabulous event for us last month. Can`t forget my chum Gary from McCombs garage in Movilla Street Newtownards, who of course looks after my car!! and the lovely Paul Mathews. Thank you to all our volunteers who never let us down, great job done by all. Thanks to all the ladies for taking time out to bake buns and cakes for our lovely bikers, who really enjoy them!! Big thank you to Carol and all the staff at the Somme Center, brilliant venue! The bikers raised £1045.18 massive thanks for such a worthy cause. Well done Jasmine, fantastic day, already looking forward to next year…………………..
