Christmas Head Race 2015 – Santas, robbers and Dad’s Army cast row on the River Cam.
Santa hats, reindeer antlers – and even the odd mankini could be found on the River Cam today (Saturday).City of Cambridge Rowing Club’s (CCRC) annual Christmas Head Race was held and more than 1,000 rowers from clubs across the region took part.As ever, the majority of participants donned festive attire, however some rowers did decide to dress up in non-yuletide costumes.Jack Lawlor Anderson, CCRC’s captain, said: “We had rowers dressed as the cast of Dad’s Army, there were robbers…
