Terrington firm offers homeless veteran home for Christmas
A former servicemen could be swapping life on the streets for flat thanks to the kindness of a West Norfolk firm. Terrington Gas and Fuels is embodying the spirit of Christmas by offering to give a home to a former member of the armed services who has fallen on hard times. Business development manager Becci Slack is now putting out an appeal to find a veteran to live in the flat. Charities have estimated that there are 4,500 veterans across the country who are living rough after joining civilian life.
